    Hello Everyone!
    I just wanted to share the news that I will be getting induced on March 16th! So, only about a week left.
    We are so excited to meet her!

    As most of you already know....We are having GIRL! We had an ultrasound on Nov 10th. She is doing great and growing. She has been an active baby the last week. It is so fun to feel all of the kicks and movements! We are anxious to meet her! Jaedyn is also doing great and she now says "Mommy has a baby sister in her belly." It's so cute. She likes to kiss the baby too. She is having a hard time understanding when she gets to see the baby. I think she will be a great big sister, but she might have a hard time shaing mommmy's time!
    We wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

    We have great new to share...we are expecting our 2nd baby!! The due date is March 30th. We had our 1st Dr Appt yesterday and were able to see the baby and hear the heart beat. It is so amazing that the baby is the size of a kidney bean right now and we were able to see the little heart beating. What a miracle!! We have told Jaedyn and her responses are "Baby in Mommy's Tummy" and "Open it. I see it!"
    We are very excited and praying that everything goes well!!

    We hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! We have been busy celebrating Christmas and have one to celebrate tonight and one tomorrow night. Jaedyn has loved opening presens! She received so many nice presents and loves them all!
    She is finely starting to feel better. She started out with a nasty cold that turned into double ear infection and a touch of the flu! YUCK! She is on antibiotics and is getting better.
    I will post pictures from Christmas soon! We have been so busy that I didn't realize it had already been a month since I updated the site.

    P.S. Jaedyn started crawling at 15 months! It is really funny. She never crawled until a few weeks ago. She just skipped that stage and went right to walking!

    Can you believe it's November already!?! Yikes! This fall just flew by. We had a great Halloween. Jaedyn was our little stinker, dressed up as a Skunk! She just loved it. She giggled the whole day! I took some vacation time in the morning and Karrie, Kendel, Jaedyn and I visited Daddy's work, Mommy's work, the Federated Office in Chokio and Great Grandma Hazel at the Chokio Senior Center. It was a fun morning! That night my mom came over and we trick or treated a little bit and handed out candy. The fire hall had a party for the families so we stopped there for a little bit. That was fun!! Heather Storck and Dee Daly put it together and they did a GREAT job!!! We then had some couples over to our house that night. It was fun to have the kids play together!!
    As you will see in my new pictures Jaedyn is growing up so fast. She is starting to say more words everyday. She now says- Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Mama (for grandma), ball, All Done, Uh Oh, and what's that. She has a very goofy personality. She is SO much fun!!!
    Well, I guess that's all for now!

    Wow a year sure went fast! Jaedyn just celebrated her first birthday on Friday and I am just shocked that a year ago today we were bringing her home from the hospital!
    We have been busy. We left for vacation last Saturday with my parents, Dennis & Sue Haugen, Ross & Scott Haugen, Tina Lintel, Roy & Ginger Nohl & Terri Nohl & her fiance Matt. We stayed at a resort on Lower Bottle Lake in Park Rapids. The cabins were great. We stayed in a 3 bedroom with my parents and it was a good sized cabin and lots of room for Jaedyn to run! We had a great time! We fished, sat in the sun, walked around, swang and ate LOTS of food! Jaedyn loved it because we were outside all day! She was really good. She napped & slept well & was just a very good girl. We came back on Wed. evening and spent the next two day recovering at home!
    On Jaedyn's birthday we met Gary & Rusty, Shelley, Karrie and Kendel for lunch. My brother, his wife & my nephew Tristyn came to stay with us that night. We had a Spaghetti birthday supper and DQ. Jaedyn loved it! We had her party on Saturday evening and we couldn't of asked for it any better. It was perfect! Thank you to everyone that came and Jaedyn was so excited about all of her presents! Everyone did too much!It was such a fun day!!
    We are now realizing that it's back to reality tomorrow and back to work! I am going to miss my days with Jaedyn. It has been so much fun!!!

    WOW! Where has the summer gone? It has just flown by. We just finished up a busy weekend with the Stevens County Fair. We spent every day out there! It was a blast! Jaedyn didn't get to go on any rides until Sunday. She loved the rides and every time I would take her off she would cry. She rode the Merry Go Round many times, the train, boats & the big slide. She would just giggle every time we were on the Merry Go Round! Jamie, Korrin & Tristyn came for the day too. Tristyn is 4 and he wanted to go on all the big rides like the Scrambler, The Hurricane and the Ferris Wheel. We had a great weekend! I LOVE THE FAIR!!
    Jaedyn is getting better and better at walking. She started taking steps last weekend and is adding more and more each day. She is so much fun!
    We are now anticipating our vacation Labor Day weekend and the week after! We are heading to a cabin on Little Bottle Lake by Park Rapids with my parents and family friends. It will be wonderful!

    We had a great 4th of July weekend. It was very busy but a lot of fun! Jaedyn was in her first kiddie parade. She loved the drum line that followed us. She giggled thru it all! She loved the big parade too. The sirens didn't even bother her and she danced when the band performed in front of us. It was adorable! We also made it through Daddy's whole baseball game. It was a gorgeous day for ball!
    Saturday was VERY windy, but that didn't stop us from going out on the lake. We swam & tubed. Mom & Dad had a little party that evening and Dad cooked up some amazing ribs, turkey & chiken on his big grill. It was delicious! My nephew Tristyn had a blast playing with the Thielke boys, Mason and Preston. Jaedyn also enjoyed all of the excitement. My brother's good friend Shannon, his wife & their daughter Katelynnd also stayed with my parents all weekend. It was a full house. We all survived but we were all very tired by Sunday and ready for our own beds!
    It was an exciting weekend! Now comes Prairie Pioneer Days!

    Jaedyn is 9 months old already! Wow! We just celebrated Kendel's 1st birthday on Sunday. That was a good time. But I can't believe it has been a year already! They are still the best of friends. Kendel loves to give Jaedyn Hugs and Kisses!
    Jaedyn had her 9 month check up last week and daddy took her all by himself! She is still a little peanut. She has only gained a little over a pound and grew an inch in 3 months. She is a very active baby and doesn't like to eat much. It drives ME crazy! I am always worried that she isn't eating enough. But she is very healthy and still in the 50th percentile. So, the Dr said there is nothing to be worried about.
    We have been extremely busy already this spring and I'm sure it will just continue on through the summer! I am hoping to get in some time in the sun and at the lake!

    Hello everyone! HAPPY SPRING! I think it is finally here, but I guess you never know in MN.
    Things are going great in the Marquart home. It finally feels like we have a routine and our life is settling down. Jaedyn is a lot of fun! We just play play play! Her favorite thing to do is sit in front of the mirror or look at pictures of babies. She just giggles! She has really started to get around in her walker, which makes cooking a lot more interesting! She also says "MA" all the time and that makes daddy a little jealous! She is really a mommy's girl right now. So, I take advantage of it and cuddle with her all the time! We are anxious to get outside with her. I know she will love it!
